If you love our Super Spinach dip, then come on out to the St. Jacobs Farmers Market this weekend and get a pack or two. We will be temporarily out of it until September as we wait for the new crop to be processed! We have about a dozen packages still available. It will be a busy weekend. The farmers are loaded with produce. If you love zucchini, they are out in all sizes. The jumbo ones are excellent as a light meal. Slice, coat in egg wash and breadcrumbs with a bit of dry dip mix added in. Then bake about a half hour and serve with your favourite dip - yummy! Hope to see you there.
