If you put your name on your product and boast about customer service - please take the locals and holiday makers into account. We went to the Hermanus Country Market last night to enjoy a nice meal and some craft beer etc. It was very busy but parking wasnt a problem except for the person that decided he will park in such a way that a number cars access was blocked. After about 15 minutes of frantic hooting and searching for this inconsiderate driver, he made his appearance, verbally abused the other driver and refused to re-park his vehicle. I asked him to please move the car, as a space has opened up and he told me that he is in a very important meeting (at the cricket club) and that the cars parked at this spot is actually parked illegally and that he had right of way. Note to all representatives of all companies - your company and brands value are determined by your attitude even if you are not present. . — with Jaguar at The Hermanus Country Market.
