If you really want to build up your front squat, try these! Smith Machine Back Squats. Its a bit of a trick to learn how to load the bar properly. It should rest somewhat on your front delts and pec muscles but you will have a choked sensation. Youll get used to it. The smith machine takes the balancing component our, and allows you to really focus on nailing the proper core and hip recruitment at the bottom of the lift. If you dont sit down properly, the weight will pull you forward. Always keep the weight distributed evenly on the feet and the knees pushed our over the toes.
