If you speak negatively, have downward tones, are debbie downer, talk badly about others...guess what is going to happen...ummmhmmm you got it.. you release negative energy into YOUR WORLD...not the ones around you..but YOUR WORLD!! its only going to lead to NEGATIVE things...negative things are bad...they have a drowning affect on your life... however...here is the cool thing...if you speak kindly to others and yourself, if you talk with joy, excitement, confidence, if you lift others and compliment..if you SMILE at strangers...guess what is going to happen then... You got it!! you will release POSITIVE energy into YOUR WORLD!!! Its pretty amazing what will happen to your life when your mind and energy is in a positive place. Does this come natural..lol ummm yea no...but if you work on it every single day, think before you speak, before you act...you WILL get better at it!! I know you can do it!!! Your health will be better, your mind will be stronger, your emotions will be more in check. You will be in CONTROL! Pretty cool right :-)
