If you struggle with late-night, unnecessary eating and have overcome it.. please share with the rest of us what you did or what you do?? I struggle with it especially if I have to stay up late.. but most of the time, I force myself to overcome it. If I really just have a craving for something salty, Ill have a 100-cal bag of skinny pop or a serving of edamame. If I need something sweet, Ill have Trader Joes Kettle Corn (we dont have a TJ near us either, you can order on amazon) or ill have a grapefruit or apple with cinnamon sprinkled :) Sometimes Ill have a little square of chocolate. And I almost always have flavored decaf tea or decaf coffee at night. Thanks in advance for sharing!!
