If you truly arent prejudice, then there would be no need to - TopicsExpress

If you truly arent prejudice, then there would be no need to mention a persons color when telling a story...you would only see the person, not the color. If you truly arent prejudice, then there would be no need to mention a persons color when telling something you saw or something that happened to you, you would only see a person, not a color. AND if you truly arent prejudice, then there would be no need to mention how many black people you know or how many white people you know, this one of all, sends red flags up. As if you are either trying to prove a point, prove yourself, or justify yourself or better yet, make yourself out to be more than what you are. Food for thought: Mentioning someones color makes people stop listening to what you have to say and start re-evaluating what you mean by what you are saying or moreso evaluating you as a person and whats really hidden in your heart. Mentioning a persons color does not make your tale more interesting....just say what you have to say....make your point, afterall, thats the reason you opened your mouth in the first place, right? No really, RIGHT????
