If you walk into your local Walmart right now you will see piles of returns in buggies. And its not even Christmas. I asked the manager of the store where these things came from and he said this happens every year. People are returning gifts their children received from charities. Its sad when you have to be leery about giving gifts to the needy. I have read so many posts about people returning gifts to Walmart that were given to them to fill a need. They are receiving gift cards and purchasing beer and cigarettes. If you purchase toys for a needy family be sure to black out the bar codes so these gifts can not be returned.
