If you want to better understand the things that are being done in America from the perspective of administrative law, you REALLY need to be reading these two books. They will give you a far better understanding of exactly what the founding fathers wanted to avoid and why when it came to law and the courts. There is far too much power being accumulated in the executive branch through administrative despotism disguised as proper legislation, when it in fact is NOT legislation at all, but merely legislatively approved rule making by the administrative agencies themselves.
