If you want to control a population be it man or animal, take control of the vital necessities. Food, Water, Air and Habitat. We should not look at the govts attempt to claim our water and food sources lightly. It is a very serious issue. Local councils are now wanting Constitutional recognition to take command of our communities. The manner in which we live will be under the direction of a select few. Anyone who is not at all concerned with the consequences is failing themselves and their families. To give Constitutional recognition to local government would be to willingly hand over our rights to life. There is only one thing we can do and that is VOTE NO!
