If you want to do neutral grip fat-bar chins, try this setup in the rack... 2 bars set on the rails (which are set as high as they can go). Load one end of the bars with a couple of plates. They wont tip as long as you dont load more than 2 plates. Then just grip the ends of the bars with the plates load on and boom...fat bar neutral-grip chins. Youll likely need to keep the knees bent while youre doing these so your feet dont touch the ground.
