If you were a member of the U.S. drum n bass (aka that fast dubstep) scene between 2000-2010 you almost certainly crossed paths with the dynamic Seattle-based DJ/Promoter/Producer/Vocalist Ioanna Borovska Sotirova aka Joanna Syze. I can say without reservation that Ioanna was one of the most open and genuine people I ever met during all my years of making music. Ioanna has been struggling with very serious health issues for a few years and is need of help. If you can make a contribution no matter how small, or share this with someone who can, or make a prayer on her behalf, or dump a bucket of ice water on your head, or find some other way to help, I would personally be very grateful.
