If you were arrest survivor and you underwent by-pass operation, - TopicsExpress

If you were arrest survivor and you underwent by-pass operation, your goal is to bring down cholesterol to low normal as possible. Remember that the bypass site is undergoing inflammation for it to completely heal; and while inflammation is going on, cholesterol can be trapped and form plaques that might eventually occlude that newly grafted bypass. But if your cholesterol is difficult to control, you are at risk of early obstruction of that bypass. And, in case you will need to undergo another bypass operation you have a lower chance of surviving another similar operation. In short you might not make it anymore, even if it were an elective procedure. Now to be able to control your cholesterol, there are three possible means you can do: 1 medication 2 eliminate cholesterol rich food 3 exercise. I am doing all 3 of them. In fact I already eliminated meat from my diet and I am on my 4th week now. But eliminating meat from the diet can also lower your protein supply. Protein is needed to produce antibodies so you can combat infection readily. And now that I am having bad colds, Im having a hard time getting rid of this infection no matter if I take medications against it. If I take protein supplementation, I will gain weight, and together with that my cholesterol, which is already uncontrolled, will surge all the more. Then back to the first paragraph. Stress, can also augment or catalyze whatever inflammatory process is ongoing within your blood vessels. High intake of simple sugars as well, kaya BAWAL ako bigyan ng pastries, white/milk chocolates and donuts. Unless your intention is to kill me earlier. Now if you were in my position, how will you live my life? #nyeta
