If you were buying a house what is more important. . .size over style? Location? Both houses below would cost roughly the same monthly. Which would you choose and why? A) 4 bedrooms 2 bath 1750 sq ft. Middle level kitchen cabinets with stove/dishwasher. Remodeled, fireplace and is move in ready. No garage, no fridge, needs fence on one side. High maintenance yard. Good neighborhood. B) 2 bedroom 1 bath 890 sq ft. High end appliances but no dishwasher. 1 car garage. Fireplace. Small bedrooms. Low maintenance and very clean yard. Back yard has nice cement slab with a covered patio, a fire pit, above ground pool and hot tub. On a quite cul-de-sac in a highly coveted neighborhood. Low property tax.
