If you were in charge of payroll at your job (as I am), but not in charge of dolling out punishment, and 2/3rds of the employees consistently took shits on you by either: not clocking in at all, staying clocked in for days at a time, never clocking out for lunch to try and steal an extra 4 hours of pay, or clocking in at the wrong time at a chronic level, causing your 2-3 hour job on payroll day to become a 5-10+ hour maze of adjustments, and tracking people down, causing you to look like the shithead after you call the payroll company for an extension -- how long does this go on before you start smearing wet boogers on their checks come payday?
