If you will ever investigate death due to UNCLEAR CIRCUMSTANCES make sure that when a person dies, even before his/her remains are handled by pathologists. Secure the body and immediately take it abroad. Do not even waste your time taking the specimen, it will even be tampered with in the cause of packaging, sealing and transportation. The guys will never follow rules and regulations concerning Handling Histology specimen for referring abroad. Infact you are not supposed to recieve a specimen whose seal has been tampered with.
