If your team is getting ready for QUAFL then you need to be getting ready to meet the referee requirements! These require that each team must have 2 people ATTEMPT the Assistant Referee test, 1 person ATTEMPT the Snitch Referee test, and 1 person PASS the Head Referee test. The savvy folk out that may notice that these requirements can be met by having one person pass all three tests and a second person try (pass or fail) the Assistant Referee test. Its actually pretty easy to meet! The tests are available at refdevelopment once you have signed up for an account, access to the site is free for Australians, just message me for a registration code when you are signing up! The Head Referee test does have a $21 fee which will need to be paid once you are eligible to take it. Last time I updated yall there were only 3 teams meeting these requirements, well Im happy to announce that the following teams are meeting the requirements! Melbourne Manticores Macquarie Marauders UNSW Snapes on a Plane UWS Thestrals Australian National Nargles Wrackspurts QC Monash Muggles Newcastle Fireballs The following teams are part-way meeting the requirements: Wollongong Warriors - Jacob needs to pass the HR test and 1 person needs to try the AR test UTS Opaleyes - 1 person needs to pass the HR test and 1 person needs to try the AR test Perth Phoenixes - 1 person needs to try the AR test The following teams are not meeting any of the requirements so far: Blackburn Basilisks University of Sydney Unspeakables And if they plan to attend then the Adelaide Augureys, Macarthur Weasleys and Queensland Quidditch also need to meet these requirements.
