If youre working hard, breaks are CRUCIAL for your body and for your mind! Take some time off, dont pick up a ball, dont even LOOK at a ball! I would take 1-2 weeks off. (2 weeks max, if youve been working REALLY hard). You will feel FRESH at the end of the break! Your body will feel AMAZING. Understand, it may take a couple of practices to get back into the swing of things - totally ok, dont judge it, just go with it! The harder you are on yourself after a break, the longer it will take you to get into gear because you will be beating yourself up! Enjoy time off, appreciate it and know you need it!
