My personal struggle is my diet! Unfortunately, I like to eat AND I like a lot of not so good for you foods. I am not perfect by any means and I am still working towards making healthier choices. Anyone else out there feel the same way? I am looking for people that want to join me in an 8 week transition to healthier eating. Why so long? Well.....I have to ease into things and every time I try to change everything all at once I usually end up failing in a couple of days. Im not looking for a quick fix that will eventually fail. Im looking to make a long term change. So.....whos in? Its a completely FREE accountability group! Ill post once a week what are new healthy habit is for the week....AND even include some cheat days (because we all need them)! We will check in with each other.
