If youve taken my Brooklyn Bootcamp you would be all too familiar with these stairs. As far as Im concerned there is no better workout than training in outdoor elements that allow me to exercise functional movement. I find that its imperative to help improve my speed, strength and agility. When I see STAIRS I see a WORKOUT!
