If you’re an older man, you might want to avoid sitting too much if you want to cut your risk of heart failure, according to a new study. Study participants who sat for 5 hours or more each day had a 34% higher risk of developing heart failure compared to those who sat less than 2 hours a day. Experts say that the results probably hold true for women, as well. Another good reason to keep moving and stay active!
