This is going down April 19th Easter Weekend There are two way to be involved 1. Enter your Ribs,Chicken, Or Chili in the Cook off $10.00 Entry per item 2. My Favorite As A Judge. fee $10.00 includes potato and mac salad and sampling of all entries into Cook off You will earn a trophy for each division and bragging rights as the Best on the Ranch with band to follows into the evening Rib Divisions will be 1.Baby back ribs 2. Full size pork ribs 3.Beef ribs you will need two racks of ribs for judges to sample. Chicken divisions will be 1. Bone in chicken 2.Boneless Chicken you will need 7 lbs of chicken for judges to sample And The Chili division 1 gal of chili for judges to sample RSVP by April 10th
