Igbide and Olomoro stand tall For Erijo. The Deputy Majority leader of Delta state house of Assembly Hon (Prince) Johnson Erijo stormed Igbide and Olomoro communities respectively yesterday as constituents rousingly welcomed him and his team of supporters in a grand style. Speaking on behalf of Igbide community, the Othuke of Isoko nation who equally double as the President General of Isoko Development Union (IDU) said Erijo is one isoko finest lawmaker, according to him Isoko politics is not complete without the mention of Hon Prince Johnson Erijo. The retired general used the occasion to give his blessings to the ambition of Hon Erijo who is currently seeking for another term in office. Erijo after acknowledging the assurance of the GENERAL, visited the palace of Igbide kingdom, HRH Obukeni 1, who also gave him his blessing. According to the monarch since Prince Johnson Erijo is in the winning party (PDP) he would surely have his support, my kingdom will not queue behind any opposition party he said. The lawmaker later took his supporters to Olomoro community the home town of one of his major opponent in the race. The visit became interesting when one of the prominent Chiefs of Olomoro quoted chief Feguson Onowo of running personal interest race.Onwo contest is not a community (Olomoro) agenda but a personal interest- Chief Gabriel Ukioh (The Okpure of Olomoro kingdom). High point of the visit at olomoro was a prayer section offered by Chief Gabriel Ewerume ( the Udhedhe of Olomoro) who is also a staunch supporter of Hon. Johnson Erijo. The respected chief prayed for the successful election of all the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) especially that of Prince Johnson Erijo. Speaking during the visit, Hon Erijo thanked his constituents for the uncommon love, he assured them of his total committed towards the development of Isoko south constituency II. According to him, the best choice for Isoko south constituency II is to support all the PDP aspirants at all levels. From presidency down to state House of Assembly.
