Igor Strelkov, leader of the Pro-Russian separatist terrorist group backed by Russia, headed by President Putin claimed he shot down a Ukranian military cargo plane and even tweeted the rocket used & precise timing not knowing this evil act backed by Russia which shot down days ago Ukranian fighter jets had no clue it was Malaysian Airlines flt 17.
