Ill be eating Tofurky for Thanksgiving, but Im still cooking for friends and family. I cant find any local turkey farms in Phoenix, so I choose to support Pitman Family Farms, who raise their turkeys on 4x more land, vegetarian diet, no hormones, antibiotics. The turkeys seem happy and the family takes pride in keeping farming the way it should be. Whole Foods now sells their turkeys. Support local farms and buy a turkey from Marys Turkeys :D
