Im Hispanic not stupid, I speak English, I ask for my rights, dont turn me away because my kindness doesnt mean oh ok no hablo ingles bye this is me taking my youngest child to dr. Express urgent care after hours, after waiting 20 minutes the receptionist denied the service because they dont take HMO basically go else where. I ask if it was a recently change due that we been there in the past using the same insurance, anyway I stay there and called my BCbS over the phone the representative basically explain to her the coverage and the meaning of urgent care stated in my card, and that her clinic is on the service provider networks, no apologies, no nothing, cero nada, but my son received the service. If I just walk away thats my question now? That was yesterday, and today something else happened, seriously : S. Is not the first time and Im sure that will not be last one, I can write a book with all the ones received, many as shes pretty but Mexican, followed at the store thinking that I will do something(hello Im shopping) Oprah has not been the only one when they said you can afford that, I been in those shoes, please people change!!! the word is also changing and soon we all be the same race, with different dreams of course but please stop the stereotype thing!!!!
