Im a big Vikings fan and I believe what the Vikings did was the best move removing Adrian Peterson from the team indefinitely until his case is settled as the team and NFL is under heavy scrutiny for players breaking the law with little or no reprimand. This gives AP time to seek help, get his life together, and handle his legal problems while giving the Vikings a break from all the distractions so they can go about their business and put the best team on the field and focus on winning. Yes, innocent until proven guilty which will be decided in court, but removing Him or any other players under these circumstances is the best to do to show the Vikings and the NFL they will not tolerate these actions. Maybe the NFL should put a policy into play that states all players who encounter trouble with the law be suspended until cases go to court. Many youngsters look up to players in the NFL and we need to show them when someone does wrong, they are punished for their actions, not allowed to play a game they love. Of course I do believe in second chances and AP should have every right to return when all the dust settles, the case is over, AP has received help and sat out his suspension. Prayers for the child, and AP to get his life back in order. Every one has skeletons in their closet and make mistakes in life, so be careful how you react or judge others.
