Im a fan so I have to complain on my teams behalf. However, it was called a catch. The guy put two feet down, lunged forward, and his elbows hit the ground...how many things do you need to happen to call it a catch???? There was no football move, so you must maintain possession all the way down. What was that extension? If thats not a football move to pick up extra yards what is? Does the referee think that was more of a basketball, soccer, or tennis move? Please tell me what kind of move that was? Im concerned that hundreds of football players have done this move, and nobody has told them theyre doing a non-football move! Change the freakin rules to: catch, two feet...and if you are going down you have to 1. Look to the left 2. Look to the right. 3 point to the heavens. 4. Thank your momma 5. Sign an autograph. 6. Eat some Campbell soup 7. Head needs to hit first if you extend the ball and it pops out. Right after you must pop up and take your arms from up to down saying its a catch. If at home = catch. If away = incomplete, depending on what was called on the field. Many are going to say this is justice from last week, but can we please remember that this is the Cowboys and that was the Lions. Stuff like that is supposed to happen to them...its like Vandy. Im not mad. Im just confused...and a little upset.
