Im a few days late sharing my 21 month progress photos! Trying something different with them. I used March 2013 photos as I was wearing better fitting clothes that show progress better. I was already down 15 lbs. Started: February 22nd, 2013 Starting weight: 332 lbs (that I know of) Clothing size: 3x/4x shirt - 22 jeans Fitness level: Nonexistent Current: November 29th, 2014 Current weight: 211 lbs Clothing size: M/L shirt - 9/10 jeans Fitness level: MUCH better! Runner, Half-marathoner, lifts weights, P90x in progress. Ive lost 121 lbs and more inches, but the person Ive become is getting closer to who God wants me to be every day! All you need is to eat healthier, move your body, drink water and go with God! There are no secrets! Hard work + Consistency= Results!
