Im about to vent and if you dont like it...please delete me! I dont usually share a lot of my views about certain topics but tonight isnt one of those times. I am so sick and tired of the judgment that is taking place over this ALS Ice Bucket Challenge. Seriously?? Do you people not have anything better to do than judge? Its a fun activity, it raises awareness, it raises funds. No...I dont agree with some of the research they use but UNTIL you have loved someone who suffers from such a horrible disease, SHUT YOUR MOUTH!! Why dont you spend your time praying for these families, praying for a different route to research, and believing for a supernatural healing instead of pointing fingers at those trying to just help out whether its supporting the research or supporting those with the disease. I hope and pray that you NEVER have to experience what these people do and what they suffer from. I think your tone would be a bit different. I cry every time I see someone accept the challenge. Why? Because it reminds me of my sweet sister who could be participating in the challenge but instead is suffering from a similar disease. Its sad. So sad that Ive missed out on being with her because I cant stand the sight of watching her deteriorate right before my eyes. If you disagree...please dont try and debate with me. Im not interested in it. And Im not sorry. Im sad...sad that you people can be so judgmental.
