Im always trying something new, mixing it up to keep myself from getting bored. Id love to hear what you are into these days. Heres todays workout and lunch: Workout- HIIT 40 on/20 off -heavy Squat/Shoulder Press/Row/Bridge w/Flys/Speed Rope x5rounds Lunch- I may never have to eat mac n cheese again. WHAT?! I made the sauce (link at the bottom) I always make for my familys mac n cheese but put it over oven roasted cauliflower and I cannot believe how amazing it is.
