Im asking here as a mama not a doula... ...I have a love of babywearing. It stems back from the birth of my firstborn 7 years ago when I tucked her inside my dressing gown (housecoat to you Canadians) to keep her warm and realised that if she were tied to me, life would be sweet. TADA! babywearing for this mama was born. Anyway, I have stuck mainly with ring slings, stretchy wrap and structured carriers. The price of woven scared me (I am cheap and thrifty). Tell me your fave woven wraps... I prefer long from what I have tried (size 6 particularly) and this is for a 1 year old, though she is petite. GO!
