The Killing Season dumbest movie ever! And let me tell you why. Its about two war veterans who fought in the Bosnian war(which took place in 1992 and lasted about 2yrs) One was from America. One was from Siberia. The first thing that struck me as dumb? The American was played by Robert DeNiro and the Siberian was played by John Travolta. Um what? DeNiro is in his late 60s if not into his 70s and Travolta is in his late 50s if not in his 60s. Im sorry, are these two a bit flipping old to be playing Bosnian War Vets??? Now the points In the movie that annoyed me. A. No way a Siberian war idiot would not only take the initiative to track down an American war vet by coming to America ALL the way from Siberia but then actually be able the FIND an American war vet who has retreated into a non residential area such as the flipping Appalachian Mountains. B. A Siberian war vet would NOT out wit an American vet not TWICE but THREE times. Once maybe. C. No way in hell these two senior citizens that would be more likely to have fought in Vietnam would have been able to endure the physical trauma and torture and be able to function in this cat and mouse game and keep running from one another. D. Each time one escaped and then captured we got to hear why each guy thought the war was worse for him. ANNOYING. Im the victim. No Im the victim. NO im the victim ugh! Just stop. And in the end they both lived because the American war vet decided not to kill the Serbian in the end. Both went to their respected corners of the world and lived happily ever after. Dont waste your time with this horrible movie. Booo
