Im assembling an Imperialist army for the Italian Wars (or perhaps a little later- say up to 1550). Im interested in representing the Southern & Eastern Holy Roman Empire- so Austria, Hungary, etc. In an attempt to make the army more representative of that, I intend to include Hussars from the TYW list. As theyre still listed as being armed with swords & bows, they should work well for my purposes, and not be out of period, despite being listed for a later conflict. What other changes would you suggest for a more typically Austrian force from the mid 16th Century? Would any of you have any issues playing against such a force? Or is it acceptable, as the army lists for the period are really quite minimal as published.
