Im at such a strange point in life. I find myself constantly looking at the clock and wondering, Should I even try to accomplish anything or not? Ive written over 10 books and had 14 more in progress, none of which I can now even show people. Sometimes, like tonight, it makes me feel sick in the very pit of my stomach. All that work...for what? Ive written almost nothing in the past five years. God WHAT is it You want me to do? I have been asking You this question for a long time now. Why the silence? Every door Ive tried to open You have slammed shut. What are You trying to teach me? What are You trying to get me to see? Am I ever going to write again? You told me to drop my books because You had work for me. Well, God, I did what You asked. Give me the work.
