Im blown away with pride everyday in most sessions. And I know Im boring you all with the praises I sing in your honour, at least weekly. However, today is a tribute to our amazing Women. They have the elegance and class of ball room dancers and the tenacity and aggression of seasoned street fighters. This is not only the our Women competitors in todays BTS pairs event (who, just quietly, dominated) and get to the gym most days. Its all of you, the Mums who come along and chase their kids all day while Dads competing, the young women who have just joined our community who gave up their Sunday to watch relative strangers workout and the young ladies who come to watch their partners/husbands when they havent been well under some of the most challenging conditions you could work out or spectate in. Gentleman you all did so well and I Love each of you, but once again we have been overshadowed and shown the way by the amazing Women we train with everyday. And I Love it, keep leading the way girls. And finally, thank you so much for all who come to show their support today, its appreciated more than youll ever know.
