Im constantly amazed at the number of aquarium-related business that have zero interest in trying to stay in business. Case in point, I called a fish and coral wholesaler and left them a message that I need two Gem Tangs (Retail on this fish is $3000) They never called me back. For the past month, I tried to reach an equipment manufacturer about a piece of gear I wanted to purchase for my tank. I sent in my wholesale application and all the necessary paperwork. No returned calls, no returned emails. Heres a huge hint for business owners that want to keep that business alive: If someone calls you and clearly states they want to spend money, call them back!
