Im cooking spaghetti today to celebrate life. I read an article once saying that a woman giving birth practically has one foot standing in their grave. The conditions that a woman experiences during child birth is so intense that if it happens to anybody on any other occasion, it would almost surely kill them. And more so with an emergency C-section. Last August 26 my son was born with his umbilical cord wrapped around his head, neck, arms and torso hence the need for the emergency C-section. I couldve easily lost one or both of them as they open up my wife to get my son out. But alas God granted me to have them both in my life today. So today I give HIM thanks. Thank you lord for two immensely precious gifts.
