Im curious about the Veronica Mars movie, because it was made primarily at the request of rabid fans, like Serenity was for Firefly. So Im watching the series right now... and not particularly enjoying it. Though Kristen Bell is excellent (I may actually be in love with her), most of the rest of the actors arent very good (that weird-looking black guy is the worst) and the stories are pretty lame. If not for the whole Amanda Seyfried murder mystery thing I wouldve given up on it long ago. Can anyone tell me if the show improves? Or if the movie is good enough for me to keep watching this mediocre show? Can I just skip to the damn movie or should I just avoid it entirely?
