Im currently watching a TV show on SBS about Robins and Red Kites and Sparrows and all sorts of other little birdies that live in the beautiful English countryside. Its a peaceful and lovely show which features the beautiful landscapes of the woodlands and fields and highlights the fascinating behaviours of the birds. I like it....yes sir....I like it a lot. Coming up after this is another show that looks really interesting. Its called living with the enemy and Ive taken the liberty of cutting and pasting what its about................. Living With the Enemy 8:30pm - 9:30pm Detention Centres Classified: M Genre: Documentary This confronting series will see people live 24/7 with others whose lifestyles and beliefs directly contradict their own. Morteza is a 30-year old, former boat person who landed on Xmas Island after fleeing Iran. He spent four uncertain years in detention during which he converted to Christianity, escaped from Woomera Detention Centre, sparked the riot that burned down the Port Hedland Detention Centre and famously sewed his lips together in the Villawood Detention Centre. He is exactly the sort of asylum seeker Jenni from Queensland says should not be allowed to stay in Australia. Living in each others worlds is an explosive and emotionally draining experience for both of them. However, neither Jenni nor Morte, could have predicted the way the experiment would end. Im having a bit of trouble staying awake past eight thirty lately..... I think its the dreaded lurgy......... but Id like to stay up and watch this one.
