Im doing a project on Disabilities and how people with them are perceived and used. Its breaking my heart. I get the extreme and wonderful opportunity to love my sister, who God made a little extra special, and it is my joy to love and protect her from the kinds of crimes I see shown here. When will the violence and the hate end? It is easy to forget that hate begins in the silence of other people. Think about how you view and treat those with disabilities. They may not have the words to share how much they appreicate your love and kindness, but from someone whos seen it firsthand, know that it speaks volumes, and can change someones life. Be educated. Change someones life today. Whoever oppresses a poor man insults his Maker, but he who is generous to the needy honors him. Proverbs 14:31
