Im excited to announce the SECOND 12 Week FIT BODY Challengers- Ellie Elizabeth and Lacey Horlacher (please read their journal entries that are posted)! Each week they will be completing their challenges I have assigned (see below). They each have their own goals to look and feel better but they also realized its not just about vanity, its also about learning healthy eating habits, increasing strength, endurance, flexibility and the list goes on!! So cheer them on and stay tuned to see how they are progressing during the next 12 weeks!! Here are their challenges they will be able to complete by end of 12 weeks: 1. 5-10 Unassisted Pull-ups, ultimately, 1-2 L-hang pull-ups 2. 100 Burpees for time 3. TRX Atomic Push-up for time 4. Climb The Tallest Buildings In The World Stepmill Challenge. They start with the ASPIRE Tower (Doha Qatar = 36 floors) and will finish with the Burj Khalifa (Dubai- 163 floors) for time! 5. L-Hang Hold-How long can they hold their body up with their legs straight in front of them? 6. Tire Flip Down and Back the length of the gym twice which is 120 yds (little over the length of football field) for time! 7. As always, give it everything youve got!! Have fun!
