Im feeling all the feels today. I never met Robin Williams but it sure feels like I lost a member of my family. The way we lost him feels like salt in a wound that is still pretty fresh. Some of you know that suicide has touched my life in a real and devastating way. It makes me heartsick to even think about it. To anyone out there thinking that death is your answer to the darkness, please reconsider. Please reach out and ask for help. Please. If you are the person that a loved one is reaching out to, please love them through the darkness. Perhaps they cant articulate what to problem is. Thats going to be frustrating. Love them through it anyway. Help them seek resources. Do what you have to do.
