Im feeling massively inspired to break through my laziness and complacency in regard to my body. (KA-POW!) I eat pretty dern healthy (with the exception of maybe a little too much maple syrup in my walnut milk latte ((++ chocolate, deeeep deep bowls of chocolate eeeep))) .... I tend to stay pretty thin with little to no working out. Nothing daily. My body is slim, but my overall tone is gummy, Im not very flexible and I dont feel super strong. Thats OK, but I wonder what it would feel like to be in super woman shape?! How flexible, strong and in tune with my body I could feel.... Inactivity engenders more sedentary while movement generates momentum... When it comes to having a real passion for daily movement, I am in a still pond of stagnant water. The most rigorous physical practice Ive ever engaged was 3+ months of ashtanga yoga for about 2 hours at 6am every week day. It was soooo transformational... for my booty. ha. In all siriusness, it was almost too much too fast for me so I stopped and havent done a single full session of ashtanga since. yay. So my pattern is to be inactive in the body while my mind does effin backflips. I have known that I need a more active routine - if simply for the immense joy of feeling the strength and power of the body - but also for my the purity of my dreaming, for my overall health and heart, for peace of mind and for the strengthening of my empathic energy field... If you made it through that rant, god bless you. This is where YOU come in! says super random billy mays dude in my head. Friends, beloveds, dreamlings... I am truly calling upon you for suggestions for a foundational movement practice that you have personally cultivated and loved. Im in a space of surrender because I know that this is exactly what I need to level up my experience while in this beautiful body, and because I know that this will challenge me deeply.... Bonus sweet cutie heart doodles to anyone that wants to share their favorite (non-fruit) amazing power-up-this-day breakfasts.... (p.s. Im not really the smoothie in the morning kinda girl and Im uber sensitive right now to improper food combining) Rock my world with SUPERHERO SH:)T YES. Please.
