Im gettin loads of peeps askin me about my diet and stuff.. so if youre interested. . Here it is: 1st thing: 1/2 hour on bike 1:- 50g oats with skimmed milk and 60g whey with water 2:- 1 tin mackerel and 2egg omlette 45 min Circuit training 3:- 30g whey 4;- 2 chicken breasts and salad :5- 2egg omlette 1hour gym weight lifting (12-15 reps) 6:- 90g whey protein 7:- 2chicken breasts with salad and 125g of brown rice 8:- 60g whey with skimmed milk 5 x a week and low cals on sat eat what I want to a point on sunday.. Im heavy so might be alot for some
