Im going to make a very bold declaration and this may not sit well with you. Thats ok. As most of you all know my mother died 5 months ago. I now practice something I call Grief with Gifts which allow me to be fully open to the wholeness of this experience. What Im now learning is that the more I let go the more I gain. Im not quite there but its quite possible, if I allow it, my mother will be my more a part of my life in death than in life. To die isnt to leave this world but to BreakFree from the constraints of the human form. If we can embrace the formless, eternity with those that died will live on in us.
