Im going to post a short video I took yesterday from the balcony of my apartment. I have just bought a new, rather cheap, video camera and wanted to test it out. There is no optic zoom and using the zoom on the camera produces an image full of noise. I havent yet understood how much zoom I can use and not add a lot of noise. I dont know what kind of video software can be used to reduce the noise. Has anyone got a suggestion as to which software I should use?
