Im going to take a pass on all the speculation and gossip already begun about the soul whose body was found in the canal today. Someone has died, and the last time this happened, it seemed people couldnt wait to have scoop, whether sourced, rumored, or wild-ass guess served up as authoritative. Maybe this time we could keep the disrespectful, so-pleased-with-ourselves moralizing to ourselves. A little sorrow, respect, and humble decency wouldnt suck this time around. Lets take this sad opportunity for a do-over. /end rant
