Im happy because I had a coffee date with a friend of 20 years today. And we laughed and laughed and talked about Olivia Newton John. And then we went to visit our other friend who made fun of my gray roots and my friends belly. You ever have that friend whos like that sassy diner waitress - they are the best. And tonight a new friend is taking me out to my favorite restaurant. And Im happy because the check I was waiting for arrived in the mail and I can make American Express happy but still not Visa. And Im happy because Im going to see my friend of 30 years tomorrow and Ive never been to her home before and shes going to see Paul Mccartney at the stick and Im happy for her. And Im happy because on Friday I get to drive with Karinda Dobbins to Reno and I adore Karinda and we will play Reno Gay Pride with Ronn Vigh and we will be making a lot of people happy or even happier. I dedicate this post to Dhaya Lakshminarayanan the happiest comedian and smart ass I know. PS- Why are you happy today?
