Im hesitant to even post this, so Ill just give you the trigger-warning disclaimer regarding the link. AND now my own thoughts. People of all shapes and sizes, colors and backgrounds, ideas, faiths & experiences ----- It’s a harsh fact of the world: people will try to shame, tear you down & make you feel small. And it hurts, I know. It really hurts! But there is a reason why it hurts……..you’ve got to learn how to take the sting out for yourself. People free of judgment within themselves also become people who end judgment of others. It’s that simple. So, in a way, it’s pointless to devote your precious time and energy into arguing back to people who are ruled by judgments. That is their pain and their way of trying to take the poison outta themselves. You show your real self by the attitude and words you speak - Irregardless of size, status and background. And what really inspires other people to being more positive? Approaching yourself and others with love, respect & kindness. Always. So, I can empathize with this women because we all know what it’s like to so desperately want to BE RIGHT, TO BE GOOD….but clearly, she has some work to do. So while she thinks I’m gross and disgusting and should be ashamed of myself… I hope she find whatever peace she is looking for. Because peaceful people don’t harm others.
