Im hitting up my shpere of influence (all of you) to search out who I know in mixed forms of media. We Pedal to Plate / Dérailleur et cuillère à pot, are actively seeking an editor\printer for the amazing cookbook we have been amassing, in addition we are looking for connections in the media world, both television, radio, documentarians etc. We are doing really well in France, but I would really like to engage my home country. I know I know people, and obviously we could take the traditional route and try to pitch to people but I am confident my sphere holds the keys! Where are you media people?! We have huge spreads and photo shoots in 8 major newspapers, a radio interview, an interview with a trade publication, a print interview with one of the major TV stations in France (who is also interested in having a film crew follow us in a couple weeks), and also have a documentary deal we are workin on.
